1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Joudify and the purchase of any digital product sold here. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Products

We sell digital goods only — website templates, bundles, graphics, design assets and ebooks. Nothing is shipped physically. Every product is created and owned by the studio.

Product previews are representative. Fonts, stock photos or third-party plugins shown in previews may not be included when their license does not allow redistribution; the product page states what is included.

3. License

Unless a product page says otherwise, each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the files in unlimited personal and commercial projects, for yourself or for clients.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the source files as-is, and you may not include them in a competing template, bundle or asset marketplace.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the store currency and are payable in full at checkout through our payment provider. We never store your card details.

Your order is confirmed once payment is captured. Download links then appear in your library and are sent to the email used at checkout.

5. Downloads and updates

Files stay available in your library and include free file updates for the products you bought. Keep your own backup copies; we cannot guarantee a file will remain listed forever if a product is retired.

6. Refunds

Because products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are generally final. If a file is broken, missing or materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund it.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Sharing account access to distribute purchased files is a breach of these terms.

8. Liability

Products are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes and contact
