1. Who we are

Joudify is a digital studio selling its own templates, bundles, graphics and ebooks. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your email address and the password hash created when you sign up.

Order data: the products you buy, amounts paid, order status and the download history tied to your library.

Payment data: handled by our payment provider. We receive a transaction reference and status, never your full card number.

Technical data: basic request information and anti-abuse signals from our bot-protection challenge.

3. Why we use it

To create and secure your account, deliver the files you purchased, send order confirmations and download links, provide support, keep accounting records, and prevent fraud and abuse.

4. Legal bases

Performing our contract with you (orders and downloads), our legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, improving the store), legal obligations (tax and accounting), and your consent where required, such as non-essential cookies.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in, your cart and security. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent, which you can change at any time. Details are in our cookie policy.

6. Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the store: hosting and database, payment processing, transactional email and bot protection. They process data on our instructions and we do not sell your personal data.

7. Retention

Account and order records are kept while your account exists and for as long as tax law requires afterwards. Support emails are kept only as long as useful to help you.

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data, or object to certain processing. Write to support@joudify.shop and we will respond within the legal deadline. Deleting your account does not remove invoices we must legally keep.

9. Security and changes

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encrypted connections and access rules restricting each customer to their own records. If this policy changes we will update this page and the date below.
